Precept – as a Parish Council, we are funded by a Precept – an amount of money we receive from your council tax – to cover our annual budget. It’s the main source of income for us and it has been necessary to increase it by £5.12 (per Band D household) to cover cost of living expenses, lower reserves, increased staffing costs from 1-Apr-2025, support for the Parish News and funding for the VE80 event in May 2025.
