Wiltshire Council’s budget for 2016/17 was approved by members on 23 February.
The presentation used at the public meetings in Devizes, Chippenham, Trowbridge and Salisbury earlier this month are available on the council website along with accompanying speaker’s notes.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order (Ref: TTRO 4128) to close temporarily to all traffic:
B4069 (Part) Sutton Benger, Kington Langley and Langley Burrell Without; from its junction with B4122 / Draycot Cerne to its junction with C375 The Common, Langley Burrell Without.
To enable: Wiltshire Council to carry out kerbing, carriageway resurfacing / patching work, road marking and adjustment of ironworks.
Via B4069 (unaffected length) – B4122 – A350 – B4069 (unaffected length) and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
This Order will come into operation on 7 March 2016.
Closure is anticipated to be operational each evening between 7pm and 6am from 7 March to 9 March 2016 and 9am to 5pm on 10 March 2016.
It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

a) B4069 (Part) Chippenham Road, Lyneham & Bradenstoke; from its junction with A3102 The Green in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1km.
b) B4069 (Part) The Banks, Lyneham & Bradenstoke / Dauntsey; from its junction with C129 Hollow Way in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1.6km to its junction with B4069 Dauntsey Lock / C129 Clack Hill.
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order (Ref: TTRO 4131) to close temporarily to all traffic:
B4069 (Part) Main Road / Swallet Gate, Dauntsey; from its junction with C45 Swallet Gate in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20m and in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 100m.
